While the hawthorn may be thorny, it promises balance to the heart, contributing to the joy of connection, self-love, and courage. This locally wildcrafted selection has a subtle berry flavor with citrus undertones, a light earthiness on the back-end, and some oak from barrel aging. Semi-dry with light hints of floral honey.
