Melchemy: Huckleberry — Cask(C)
— Cascade Mountain Water
— Local Black Huckleberries
— Wildflower Honey
— Toasted Oak Barrel
tasting notes
— bright huckleberry upfront
— deep and satisfying honey base
— great with ice (and a shot of bourbon, too!)
Melchemy Meads are crafted dry: Huckleberry — Cask(C)

A complex flavor and rich mouthfeel are the results of this local creation. Hand harvested huckleberries and local wildland honey combine for a depth that can only come from nine months of oak barrel aging. More than the sum of its parts, expect smooth, semi-dry, subtle berry notes and aromas interwoven with light floral hints of honey.
