Taste the terroir of our bioregion. A complex flavor and rich mouthfeel are the results of this local creation. Hand harvested huckleberries and local wildland honey combine for a depth that can only come from nine months of oak barrel aging. More than the sum of its parts, expect smooth, semi-dry, subtle berry notes and aromas interwoven with light floral hints of honey.
We use honey from this ecoregion, derived from honeybees' pollination of mostly wildflowers and blackberry blossoms.
